This milk cream separator is primarily used in the milk processing industry to continuously separate cream and defatted milk from pure milk while removing impurities and sediments. It can also standardize milk according to fat content.

Junen Separator can separate extremely small solid particles (less than 1mm) dispersed in suspensions from the liquid phase.

The disc separator is specially designed for two-phase and three-phase separation. Two-phase separation separates suspended solids from liquid or two immiscible liquids with different specific gravity. Three-phase separation simultaneously separates two immiscible liquid phases and a solid phase.

Clarification involves two-phase separation. Materials are fed into the bowl of the machine where strong centrifugal force removes impurities from raw materials to produce clean milk.
